Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup butter, slightly softened
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
1 large egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup mashed overripe bananas
1 cup old-fashion rolled oats
1 cup milk chocolate or semi-sweet morsels
Directions:
Mix flour, soda & salt in a separate bowl and set aside.
Mix butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg and vanilla with an electric mixer until smooth.
Mix in Banana then add oats and chocolate chips.
The batter will be quite wet once completely mixed.
With a spoon, drop about an inch apart (they do not spread out much)
onto a non-stick or parchment covered cookie sheet.
Bake @ 375º until golden
